Ok, admittedly that doesn’t bode well for me in an industry notorious for rampant ageism. But good news! This means I own a wealth of knowledge I can use to my advantage over some piddling twenty-something. Sure, I might doze off during a meeting or need to go to the bathroom more often than your average millennial, gen Y or Zer. But those vivid dreams & extra time in the john allow me to bring all sorts of fresh ideas to the table.
